Chris Lyons, original Head Chef at Buddy's: “I was so excited when I stepped off the boat from Chicago a couple of years back. One - because Winchester is a beautiful city and two - for the opportunity to bring the food of MY home city as authentically as I could across The Pond. As a result, I've made sure that Buddy’s Diner will always grill up the real thing!" Chris designed the Buddy’s menu and created the recipe for Buddy's burgers that we still use today.
